AlphaVPS is een VPS-hoster uit Bulgarije. Het aanbod is verdeeld naar gebruik: krachtige instances, servers met veel opslag, budgetopties en plannen waarbij de onderliggende hardware wordt vermeld. Er zijn locaties in Bulgarije, Duitsland en het Verenigd Koninkrijk, naast locaties in de Verenigde Staten.
AlphaVPS biedt een optie in Europees eigendom voor ontwikkelaars en zelfhosters die een voordelige virtuele server zoeken. Klanten kunnen kiezen voor locaties in Bulgarije en Duitsland, het Verenigd Koninkrijk of de Verenigde Staten. Bulgaars eigendom maakt niet elke locatie of ondersteunende leverancier een EU-dienst.
AlphaVPS wordt geëxploiteerd door DA international group EOOD (ДА интернешънъл груп ЕООД), UIC 202826767, btw-nummer BG202826767. Het officiële Bulgaarse register noemt op 15 september 2026 Alexander Asenov Barakov als bestuurder en enige kapitaaleigenaar, waarmee Europese zeggenschap is vastgesteld. De statutaire zetel is Troyan; de website noemt een operationeel kantoor aan 8 Asen Yordanov Blvd in Sofia. VIES bevestigt de bedrijfsnaam en het adres in Troyan. In de onderzochte voorwaarden is geen expliciete rechtskeuze of bevoegde rechtbank gevonden.
Prijzen
De C2G VPS heeft 2 vCPU's, 2 GB RAM, 30 GB NVMe-opslag en 3 TB dataverkeer voor 2,99 euro per maand of 30,50 euro per jaar, omgerekend circa 2,54 euro per maand. Een Storage VPS van 256 GB kost 2,50 euro per maand of 20 euro per jaar. De btw hangt af van het land van de klant.
